A promoter driven Company based out of Chennai (Nugambakkam) is looking for dynamic CS to join their finance team. The said Company specializes in Agricultural trading, real estate and solar. The CS will be reporting to the VP Finance and working independently to manage the secretarial functions of the Company. The candidate should have good communication skills (English). The job would involve managing the board minutes, filing of forms, Notices for Board meeting, agenda etc.
